another achievement unlock; Nike she run sg happened last saturday #fail I seriously hate how inaccessible it is and in the end we have to cab there because we don't wanna waste our money!

anyway was kinda late for the race but it didn't stop us from running. was glad that I completed the race within my target time. I did not stop to take picture because I do not want to loss the momentum.

D was nice to accompany me to the race, carrying my stuffs and waited for me.


we walked along the expressway and exit at Singapore flyer. short dinner and home sweet home after that.








thank you, D! I'm glad that I have you, I'm contented with you and the simple life that we are leading. simplicity is a bliss! in proud to say that I have a best friend, a soulmate and a family(soon).



exam ending in four more days and I can't wait for the little getaway and some friends time with the dearssss.

passerby

everyone knows about stranger, now I have a new friend, passerby. someone I feel completely comfortable with without caring about my image. i am thankful to have him with me during tough time though we may have just know each other for days/ week.

D and I had a huge argument this afternoon. I was so upset that I don't know what I can do and I was just crying non stop. I hesitated on sharing with passerby, I mean who will share with a new friend on something personal. I did not share with him the detailed info on what's the argument is about but he sent this lovely message:

after all the roller coaster, the only place i feel safe and well protected is home where the family members are. thanks mummy love for the lovely presents and I love the new necklace and earring! <3

I'm gonna own my flat soon.

I'm the happy girl now waiting for my flat to be ready in May 2015!(: I'm officially owning a house with D! wheeee.

and I'm gonna be in debt for thirty years in May 2015 :( okay we are aiming to clear the flat and get a car after that. hopefully this debt can be clear within 20 years!

its pretty sad that things had actually ended too fast that I thought it was the beginning.

I know I should be studying instead of emo-ing but but but. I can't believe how it had ended so fast.

my only intention seem to have ruined it. *cross fingers* that we will not have awkward moments when we see each other around.

times have been hard but I'm glad that we are overcoming it together.

Our Dream Home

I have been waiting to post about this since Jan but i was too lazy. This will be keep as a memories that we started from nothing. 

16^th Jan 2012

After much comtemplating between Bukit Batok or Choa Chu Kang(CCK), we decided to give it a try for the Sunshine Gardens build-t-o-order (bto). Just so you know, 16^th Jan is the last day for the submission of application. Frankly speaking, we did not pinned too much hope on this BTO as my sis tried more than 3 times before she finally got a unit of her liking.

11^th Feb 2012

Finally the letter from HDB, i was shocked to see 0134 as my queue number. My  queue number was 134 out of 788 units, lucky or what? At that point of time, D and i were both happy and sad. Our ideal location was at bukit batok because it was near MRT station but i like the location because it is in between his family and mine family, we almost gave up this chance but after much discussion, we decided to take it.

Anyway we got this beautiful queue number is beause it is near our parents house and we got 4 times chances as compare to the rest.

We have been checking on HDB website every single day, hoping that the unit we want i still available.

7^th March 2012, 9:15am

Our appointment for the selection execrise. We had a hard time deciding on which unit to take but we finally came to a conclusion that we should follow his friend suggestion, with the most number of ‘8’ since it suppose to be huat right. We went to the appointment with only one unit in mind, yes this is how daring we are and we really prayed that we will get the unit else we will give up this chance. With both our fingers and toes crossed, we got the unit we want! 

Now, we are waiting for the grant and approval of HLE! I cant wait for the 3 years to pass by quickly. 


4th April 2012


HDB had approved our loan, the sum of money is not enough for us to pay for the whole house, therefore we might need to pay by cash. Unless my boss decided to increase my pay which is like impossible please :( i really hope three years later my CPF will have enough to pay. *Cross fingers* for my AGH grant please. I need that grant real badly. 

Mitju's Warehouse sales'12 & The Pinnacle Experience

I managed to win the VIP pass for Mitju’s Warehouse Sales again this year again. I was pretty excited about it as I love buying more new shoes and I’m in need of retail therapy badly. Last year I went to the warehouse sales with my Mum and this time round I went with my sis.

We reached Scape Park just on time before the heavy downpour. We started the hunt since 11plus and only left the place at 1pm near 2pm. We bought a total of 10 pairs of shoes and 2 shades at only $137, super great deal please. I only got 2 pairs for myself, the rest are the sisters’ and mum’s. Sis and I enjoyed the warehouse sales. I hope I will get a chance to go for the next warehouse with VIP pass again. I have been to Mitju’s Warehouse sales for the third times and twice was with the VIP pass.  *Cross fingers* for the VIP pass for the next warehouse sales. 

While I was tidying the shoes in the racks, I realised I still have a few pairs (around three to five pairs that I have not wear before).  I should stop buying more shoes now.

After the warehouse sales, I meet up with D and his mum to his cousin house. A place that I have been wanting to visit but I’m not willing to spend the $5 to explore; The Pinnacle. I got so excited when his cousins invited us to his place. We managed to tour around the Sky garden that is located at level 50, nice view and windy from level 31. If only I have the money to BTO this flat 6 years ago, and it is only 300k plus as mentioned by his cousin and now the flat can be sold at $700k. I really think the past BTO at clementi is really a waste of money as compare to The pinnacle.

After that we went to a country club that is located nearby Cityhall MRT for dinner. Delicious dinner with curry chicken, laksa, pear plus pork rib soup, chicken wings, satays and I forgot what. The parking is SUPER EXPENSIVE please.

 Anyway, I had a great good Friday before I went home and rush the two Group base assignments T.T 

Privè @ Keppel

spent the whole day traveling around Singapore. I went for my complimentary facial at the chevron, atmos and wellness. I loves the massage and I love how relax it is. and it's time to go for my facial appointments too.

d fetched me and we went to do some delivery. I drove him to Jurong Point and little India. I was damn stress when I drove from jurong point to little India due to the traffic jam caused by an accident. I almost got myself into accident as well, thanks to the inconsiderate drivers. but but but i brake in time. secondly, we went the wrong way. I insisted on turning left but he insisted on turning right.

I gave up driving after that. we got KOI and shop around Chinatown before we head over to Keppel for some expensive and not so nice foods.









drove up to mount faber, we wanted to enjoy the peace up there but it was filled with tourists! they were so loud that we decided to head home after that.

rushed my law GBA. i hope that there's no more amendments.

May Sum up

Hey today is the last day of May 2011. Time passed pretty fast and May have been a wonderful month.

1. it was the remover of the 2nd wisdom tooth on the bottom right on 3rd May and i have a 4 days MC,that was the longest holiday i ever have since the start of working life.

 2. General Election 2011 held on 7th May

3. Peggie's Graduation at Republic Polytechnic on 11th May

4. Meet out with Edm, Shan and HuiTian for dim sum dinner on 13th May

5. Show Luo Encore concert on 14th May

6. Sundown Marathon at Changi Exhibition Center on 28th May

A fruitful May, i hope June will be Fantastic too.

D and my first ever 10km marathon had came to an end. We started the race and ended the race together.

It was an awesome race and now we are looking at some other race,might want to try 21km too. we used 1hr 17mins and 31sec to finish the race, i was shocked because we aim for 90mins and we completed in 77mins.

The great achievement in year 2011.

 

my greater achievement for year 2011. I completed my first 10km with @ssiang.

the race wasn't a smooth one, I almost vomited at the finished point but still I completed and hey I got my medal.

more pictures another time. I ran better for the first 7km. I'm already happy with the result, I aim for 90mins and I completed at 80mins. cool or not?

shld join more race to motivate me to run. anyway I think I slim down from the training plus the actual run.

I know I should stop complaining about the bf.

I was rather down these few days, yes i have been throwing tantrum at the poor bf. he is patient enough to tolerate the nonsenses and did not blame me or gets angry with me.

so to cheer me up a little, he actually went to queue for KOI before my works end and fetch me at IMM. how sweet right. I am contented with him.

not these, I had been very unhappy with the game inlayed because of the dropping rank, he even offered to lost to me so I can gain more stars and up rank. where to find such a sweet bf.

Chinese New Year 2011 is coming to an end, that’s pretty fast. That also means that February is coming to an end too.

I can’t have enough of Chinese New Year yet, I love steamboat and all the gatherings with the cousins and friends except …. (You know you know, if you don’t then too bad).

I shall post a proper entry for Chinese New Year maybe tomorrow night? We shall see how.

Anyway, I will be meeting YISHAN and EDMUNDLIM for dinner at NP MAKAN place. I missed the foods and we shall take a lot of pictures okay.

I shall start to clear my leaves (19 days left) from next month onwards and get started on my short getaway from June. Maybe shall head to the Jurong Bird Park too, *Hint hint, poke poke D for the ____ tickets*

Anyway, have I mentioned that I will be going to USS Unity Secondary School Universal Studio Singapore on the 26^th Feb 2011, which means next week. D got 2 tickets at the price of 1! :D *wink* Don’t envy!

27^th Feb and 1^st March will be dinner at 624 and Sabawang again. After February, I will be having happening March. Activities like 2^nd Anniversary with D, meeting the Cuties (Michell and Cecilia) and so on are waiting for me.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

I was superb happy to receive this bouquet from D last Saturday. Seriously I din know he will get me flowers again; 9 roses with a balloon. Love it TTM!

Spending so much money on a bouquet of flowers is really no practical but which girl doesn’t like flower, right?

I’m not celebrating Valentine’s Day today, because D gotta work.

A conversation between mum and my sis:

Sis: I’m coming home for dinner tomorrow (which is tonight)
Mum: tomorrow Valentine’s Day leh.
Sis: the one with Valentine also coming home for dinner (referring to me).
Mum: Xiang gotta work what, if not you think she will come home!
