I'm gonna to have a healthy lifestyle. I can't stand that i'm getting fatter and fatter.
i ran 6 rounds on track last Monday. I am proud of myself to run and not walked. I suffer from muscles ache yesterday and now i don't feel it anymore, that's a good thing.
Today, i will going for a swim at Cden with D after work. hahaha. Trying to run and swim at least 3 times a week. i need to loss weight, my ideal weight is 40kg.
I hope healthy lifestyle will help me to loss and maintain my weight. pretty please. I don't like to be fat, although many of you might think that i'm not fat. I believe the scale will not lie to me either.
