Let me just rant on my work. I can’t take this anymore like seriously. I don’t know how to communicate and work with this boss of mine.

First: He wants me to inform the transporter to truck out the container to the loading bay as early as possible. Please interpret this sentence, does he means early in the morning? Now he told me that the transporter don’t have to come down early in the morning but he got to inform us before he reached the loading bay so we can assure that he placed the container at the right lane. I think he must be good at making roti Prata.

Second: Boss, I am afraid that they will delay my shipment too. Since Boss A already told me what to do and put me to handle this, can you just let me handle all myself and not interfere? I don’t like the way you handle things, and you might not like the way I handle things too. Each of us has difference ways to handle, so just leave me alone.

Third: I don’t like double job, but I don’t understand why this boss of mine likes it so much. HELLO boss all these cargo are not light like paper, you drained me physically by asking me to take this put here then put there and put here again.

Fourth: why do we have to wait for you to open the door in the morning? Don’t you feel shy? If you think you can’t reach the office on time, lock the door with another lock pad that we have the password so we don’t have to wait outside like so fools. This boss of mine is seldom early and he expects us to be early.

Without “lao pa” in the office, we are suffering. I wanted so much to take leave but I can’t because of this shipment. Sigh, seriously, give me a break.

Boss, don’t you think that you are showing off too much of your I-am-the-boss attitude?
